One taste of these coconut chips will make you cry out with joy. This isn’t an exaggeration. We’ve seen it happen. Made from the gently toasted meat of the coconut, the Dang coconut chips are a delicious snack that provides energy in excess. They taste like deep fried coconut cookies. But they’re not fried…and they only have one main ingredient. It’s just coconut, toasted until it turns sweet and golden brown (with a little sprinkle of sugar and salt). They’re high in fiber, so you don’t have to eat a lot to feel full and they’re rich in lauric acid, which boosts your HDL (good fat) levels. One might sprinkle them on yogurt, ice-cream, or oatmeal.
