Those of you who have been reading my blog for a while now may remember my husband, Gary, has his own website, A Real Dad Makes Real Food, where he posts recipes. Gary is an amazing cook and everything that comes out of his kitchen is really delicious. Due to circumstances of work and trying to start his own barbecue sauce business (Mac Brothers Gourmet Foods), he hasn’t posted a recipe in about a year.
Finally, after much suggesting and reminding (nagging!), Gary posted a recipe for his grandfather’s Swiss Steak. This recipe is stick-to-your-ribs good, and perfect for the fall. Also, don’t let the steak part fool you. If you don’t like beef – like me – you can always use pork. Enjoy!!
