To Remove a Facebook App
1. Click on “Account” in the top right hand corner of the page
2. Click on “Privacy Settings”
3. Scroll down to the bottom left hand corner and you’ll see “Applications and Websites”. Click on “edit your settings”.
4. At the top of the page, you’ll see “Applications you Use”. Click on “Edit Settings”. From there, just click on the “X” next to the application you want to get rid of.
