I was recently contacted by Livrada and asked if I would like to do a review and giveaway on their new ebook gift cards. Since I absolutely LOVE to read, I readily agreed. I was offered a variety of choices to review, including 50 Shades of Grey. Of course, every one of my friends is absolutely raving about this book, so it was an easy choice.
Livrada is a really cool twist on buying ebooks. Instead of going to Amazon or Barnes and Noble to buy and download a book, you can head to Target and pick out a gift card of the actual book you’d like to buy. The gift cards have synopses as well, so you can browse the gift cards to select the one that appeals to you. This makes gift giving so much better and more personal! For example, if I know my best friend wants to read The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest, I can buy a gift card for that exact book to give to her. Or I can read the synopses and find one I think she may enjoy. Furthermore, she can pick the platform she would like to read the book on as well – Kindle or Nook! The gift card isn’t specific to just one or the other.
It’s really easy to download the book, too. I just took my gift card for 50 Shades of Grey and went to Livrada.com. I put in the pin number from the back of the gift card, my email address, and selected the Kindle platform (which is the one I use). Then I just clicked over to Amazon and downloaded my book. It was so easy! (By the way, you DON’T have to have a Kindle or Nook to read these books. You can do so on your smart phone, iPad, or computer. You can downlad the apps HERE.)
Make sure you head over to Target to see all the book titles available. You can also enter below to win a Livrada ebook gift card of your choice.
The giveaway is open to residents the US. The winner(s) will be chosen at random and contacted by email. The winner(s) will have 48 hours to respond. A new winner will be selected at random should the first winner not respond. No purchase is necessary to enter. Prizes have been provided by Livrada. I received no compensation for this post other than the product to review.
