Join Pinecone Research and Earn Money for Taking Short Surveys – I Do!

PineCone Research conducts on-line interviews with consumers from all walks of life to obtain their opinions about new products. To become a panel member, all you need to do is complete the simple form above. This will only take a few minutes of your time.

It’s easy and fun to see and evaluate new product ideas in the comfort of your own home. You will earn points for each completed product survey, which can be exchanged for cash and other rewards. PLUS you will be automatically entered into a bi-weekly Sweepstakes to win additional cash prizes for your time. Each interview usually takes 15-20 minutes of your time. You are free to leave the panel at any time should you choose to do so.

I’ve been a member of Pinecone for about seven years and really enjoy working with them.  From time to time, I even get free products to test out before they’re even on the market.  Although it doesn’t seem like $3 is a lot of money, it adds up.  I saved my money, and this Christmas I used it to buy a bunch of gift cards to use as gifts. The little bits of time I spend taking surveys throughout the year translated into four FREE gifts!

An AMAZING (And FREE) High School for Your Child + FREE College Tuition

If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you already know I work as a teacher/school counselor at Connecticut River Academy in East Hartford, CT. I’ve worked at several Connecticut schools from rural to city; I can honestly say Connecticut River Academy (CTRA) is the best school at which I’ve ever been a staff member. Classes are small, the staff is caring, the student body is extremely diverse, and we pride ourselves on really getting to know our kids.

Connecticut River Academy is a magnet school focused on the themes of advanced manufacturing and environmental sciences. We are located on the campus of Goodwin College and enjoy many benefits because of our affiliation. For example, students who do well academically can take college classes at Goodwin College for free. Many of our high school seniors graduate with not only a high school diploma but also with up to 35 college credits that are transferable to almost all colleges and universities. That’s an enormous savings considering the huge expense of college.

We also have a state-of-the-art advanced manufacturing facility. Students can explore how current advancements in technology will shape the future of our planet with advanced manufacturing. Working hands-on with cutting-edge equipment and high-tech machinery such as 3-D printers and robotics, students gain experience in technologies including advanced manufacturing, engineering, and logistics.

Although CTRA is located in East Hartford, ANYONE from Connecticut can attend – for FREE. We have students from about 50 different towns and cities across the state. Transportation is worked out with your local municipality, so you don’t even have to worry about that.

I could actually go on for many pages about how wonderful CTRA is and why you should send your child here. However, the best way to get to know what we do and how we do it is to come for a tour at our Open House on Saturday, January 4th anytime between 10 AM and 1 PM. If you can’t make it on January 4th, please call the main office and schedule an appointment or to have your child shadow one of our students for a day. I’m also happy to answer any questions you may have! Just leave me a comment or send me an email.
